Why does your furniture come in smaller, ready-to-assemble packages?
We believe in smarter design and thoughtful logistics. Our knock-down (KD), space-efficient packaging reduces waste, lowers delivery costs, and makes it easier to move furniture into your space. It's better for the environment—and your wallet.
Are assembly instructions included?
Yes. Instructions are included in the packaging, usually tucked inside zippered pouches or compartments. If you’ve misplaced them, contact us at support@kitchenhart.com and include your order number and product details.
Ordering & Pricing
Can I buy directly from KitchenHart?
We sell through our authorized eCommerce partners to ensure the best service and fulfillment experience. We do not sell directly to the public at this time.
Where can I find product pricing?
KitchenHart does not display prices on our website. Please visit one of our authorized retailers to check availability and pricing.
Can I customize my order?
At this time, KitchenHart does not offer custom or made-to-order products. We focus on curated, scalable designs that meet the demands of modern living.
Shipping & Delivery
How long will my order take to ship?
• In-stock items: Ship within 1–2 business days.
• Standard delivery: 1–2 weeks
• Threshold or White-Glove delivery: 2–5 weeks (location-dependent)
Do you ship outside the U.S.?
Not at the moment. We currently ship only within the 48 contiguous U.S. states.
Will everything ship at the same time?
Sometimes items ship from multiple warehouses, so partial deliveries are normal. You’ll receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.
My tracking number isn’t working what now?
Tracking may take 1–2 business days to update after a label is created. If it hasn’t updated after 3 days, please contact your retailer.

What is your return policy?
Return policies vary by retailer. Please contact the e-retailer where you purchased your product for specific instructions. KitchenHart does not process returns directly.
I need to cancel my order what should I do?
If your order hasn’t shipped, contact your retailer as soon as possible to request cancellation.
Do I need to keep the original packaging?
Yes. We recommend keeping your packaging for at least 30 days in case of return or exchange.

Please take photos, note the damage on the delivery paperwork, and contact your

How do I clean my upholstered furniture?
• Blot spills immediately with a clean, dry cloth.
• Use mild upholstery cleaner as needed (spot-test first).
• Avoid bleach, harsh chemicals, or machine washing cushion covers.

Yes! Our polyester-based fabrics offer durability and easy maintenance. However, we recommend keeping pets off upholstery to prevent damage.
