Limited Warranty Coverage
KitchenHart warrants that our products are free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for a period of ONE (1) YEAR from the original delivery date, under normal residential use. This warranty applies to:
• Upholstered hardwood frames
• Upholstery materials and stitching
• Seating construction and cushions
• Reclining mechanisms
This warranty excludes:
• Commercial, contract, rental, institutional, or non-residential use
• Damage due to improper assembly, use, or care
• Products not maintained according to KitchenHart’s Care Guidelines
• Normal wear and tear or aging of materials
• Furniture purchased “As-Is” or from unauthorized sellers


Warranty
At KitchenHart, we take pride in delivering quality furniture that’s built to perform. Every piece is thoughtfully designed, carefully crafted, and backed by our commitment to customer satisfaction. We stand behind the durability and workmanship of our products and offer the following Limited Warranty for our valued customers.
Claim Requirements
To initiate a claim, the following documentation is required:
• Photos of the defect or damage
• Original order number or invoice
• Product barcode or manufacturing label (if available)
• Any additional information requested to assess your claim
KitchenHart reserves the right to inspect, repair, or replace the product at its discretion. We may decline claims due to improper handling, misuse, unauthorized repair attempts, or altered items. This warranty becomes void if the product was modified, resold by a non-authorized dealer, or used in unintended ways.
Warranty Coverage by Category
UPHOLSTERED FRAMES — 1 Year
Hardwood frames in upholstered furniture are covered for structural and workmanship defects. This excludes bed frames, headboards, and damage caused by improper assembly, delivery mishandling, or environmental exposure.
UPHOLSTERY — 1 Year
We warrant fabric upholstery against seam failure and fabric separation under
normal residential use. This does not cover:
• Pilling, fading, or shrinkage
• Chemical after-treatments or improper cleaning
• Pet damage or ink transfer
• Fabric cleaned with non-approved solutions
SEATING, CUSHIONS & FILL — 1 Year
This includes supportive springs, webbing, and cushion construction. Normal compression and softening over time are expected and not considered defects.
MECHANISMS (Recliners, Footrests, etc.) — 1 Year
Reclining systems and mechanisms are warranted against manufacturing defects. This includes metal frames and movement components.
Customer Repair Policy
KitchenHart strongly discourages "self-repair" or unauthorized modifications. Improper handling may result in further damage or injury. We recommend working only with authorized service technicians. Assembly instructions or parts guidance will be provided as needed.
Exclusions and Limitations
• KitchenHart does not cover shipping, labor, or packaging costs for returns or repairs unless expressly authorized.
• This warranty does not apply to products that have been relocated from the original delivery address.
• We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages, including property loss, personal injury, or installation labor.
Warranty Is Non-Transferable
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
Returns & Claims Process
To return a product or file a warranty claim:
1. Contact your original seller or retailer.
2. The retailer must request authorization from KitchenHart.
3. Follow return instructions provided to complete the process.
Upholstery Care Tips (Quick Reference)
• Clean immediately with a soft cloth and mild soap (avoid harsh chemicals)
• Avoid direct sunlight, body oils, ink, and pet exposure
• For stubborn stains, consult a professional upholstery cleaner
• Never machine wash or dry clean cushion covers unless specified
